The Pattern is Scrapitude by Charlotte Hawkes.  The Appliques are octopuses from McKenna Ryans Patterns Saltwater Symphony and Twinletoes.

The Fabric is all Tula Pink fabric from the lines Arcadia, Salt Water, and The Birds and the Bees.  The octopuses are fusible web applique, with trapunto.
