I am an prolific quilter. I will make 20 quilts a year. but that also means I make mountains of scraps from all of those quilts. I am terribly guilty of shoving all of those scraps in a laundry basket in the corner where they will now sit for the next 10 years. I have spent the past six months alternating between making more scraps and and sorting and cutting up my existing scraps. I am not sure where I am going with the cutting them up but basically I am cutting strings and squares and a couple shapes like hexies and clam shells. So basically I have spent all this time sorting and just moving my scraps around so it is now time to actually sew with some of them.
Sally J and I have gotten together and designed some great quilts for your using up your strings. Come over to Sallys' Sewing Circle and join us for some fun patterns that we will release on June 22, 2023 and we will do a zoom class on June 24, 2023 at 10am Mountain Daylight Time.
Then Jump on over and join every one else in the Blog hop and Check out their patterns and together we can conquer some of those scraps
